Due to its high ratings and reviews, I hired Too Notch to move my property out of state. At first all was cordial. It was not made clear that several third party trucks would be used. My property arrived 2 weeks after it was promised and arrived in terrible shape. Boxes marked “very fragile” were crushed and their contents were smashed. Every piece of my solid cherry furniture was scratched, damaged, chipped or water marked. I sent over 24 pictures of the damage to the company and they assumed no responsibility. They referred me to the third party movers that they hired, who after four months of waiting, finally offered me only $192 to repair or replace the nine pieces of damaged furniture. I contacted the Better Business Bureau in the hope they would intercede and discuss a compromise. Top Notch would not even return BBB’s multiple calls which speaks volumes of their lack of integrity as a company. True reviews are writ by genuine customers, not friends of the company. My lawyer agrees I was totally scammed and am now left with 3 rooms of damaged furniture. Please take heed before doing business with Too Notch Movers of West Palm Beach or contact the BBB for further feedback.

I just moved from New York to Florida for work. I know no one in Florida so I have been dreading this move and like super anxious. Top Notch was an absolute dream to work with but still I felt like my luck says anything that could go wrong totally would. My movers showed up at 1005am on a Monday. They were kind and strong and gentle and moved so quick! They even helped me get the bed in the bag and the TVs in special boxes. When my stuff arrived 6 days later, I just assumed they would put it in the garage and be done. False! They put my furniture back together and stacked the boxes in the rooms they were labeled with. I was completely blown away and so grateful that I cried. I'm not even a review writer but like it's not like a restaurant where I can go again for good service, a 5 star review is the least I could do! Thank you again!!

This is the first time in my adult life that I needed a moving company so I was beyond nervous. The 3 gentleman that showed up put me at ease in no time. I wasn’t sure what to expect but they informed me of everything they would do to get the job done. I told them it would take hours to get my stuff loaded up, I was wrong! They were very hard workers and worked very well together! They wrapped up all my stuff, all my furniture, mirrors, even an outside rocker that was special to me but they didn’t know that they just did it. They also added extra tape when they felt it was necessary I must of had over 100 boxes that I packed up. I also had a few things that I wasn’t sure how to keep safe and packed them themselves. The only time I seen them stop is when I got subway and insisted that they eat! Once we got to the storage unit I thought it will never fit in there and they placed it all so well I still have room in the unit if I need it. When the time comes to move my stuff to my new house 1,000 miles away they will do that job as well. The ladies that answer the phones were also very helpful and reassuring! I even got a call from them a week later to see how things were going! The personal touches were the best! ALL of them knew I was a nervous wreck so they ALL tried to put me at ease. THANK YOU TOP NOTCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP WITH THIS MOVE!

Hi everyone, TOP NOTCH MOVERS LLC is a fraudster. They handled my move from San Antonio (Texas) to Morrisville (North Carolina).

They picked up my stuff on 05/27, but as of today i.e. 06/30, they did not transport my luggage and they are saying that my luggage is lost and they could not identify it now.

I have paid $1100, now I have lost my luggage and money as well. They are big-time cheaters. I will file a fraud case with FMCSA. Don't ever go with this company. They are brokers, not the actual company.

My wife and I moved from south Florida to Connecticut and chose Top Notch after a long search. In the end, we were glad we chose them, and our moving foreman, Dan, was incredible. He advocated for us regarding poor communication, and worked tirelessly both on loading and unloading our property. The team that made the long drive in terrible rain to make sure we got our items to unload the day of closing was fantastic. We had a lot of fun laughing with them as they were patient with us deciding where to put everything. The challenges we had were on the front end with the salesman who made some promises that did not wind up being true. That made loading day about 4-5 hours longer than it should have been. Dan and Daphne made everything right eventually. We definitely recommend Top Notch.
